skali asap kuar kat brake disk kanan…pastu bau brake pad…
adehhh…

rilex jap…main2 brake…hmmm…ade brake feel…
dah sejuk skit…jalan…sway kiri kanan…ehhh dah tak sangkut…bkn brake caliper nyer main piston nie…rase mcm shaft dia…

nasib baik rumah dekat…sampai rumah…kasi sejuk skit brake disk…
buka caliper…grease plak takde, camne nk lubricate…takpe, WD40 ade…guna tuk sementara…skali tgh spray…
aik apsal minyak tu sembur balik dari getah shaft caliper ???

buka laa sat…nampak mcm takde pape…

tekan tengok…
ambil ubat…koyak dua tempat…masuk air, panas…hujan panas…skit2 dia makan…shaft dlm tak smooth…

tgk lubang shaft…hmmm…
ade karat skit…alur “groove” dia tak cantik…

ambil kertas pasir,grade 1000…kasi buang itu kotoran degil…sambil cungkil daki2 kat groove tu…

owhh luper…nie tempat shaft tu dari jauh…

dah sental, cuci, bersihkan…
nie laaa hasil dia…kul 5pg nyer kerja…

baru laaa nampak groove dia…n bersih skit…baru lancar…
tu laaa dia…kunon2 ambil barang spare nk jimat tak nak repair service kit tuk brake…last2 kena buat gak…heeee…hampeh…
tapi ambil part nie pun sbb nak disk baru…disk lama dah nipis…

soo pasang balik…tenyeh grease lebihan yg ade kat shaft tu…sembur skit WD40…tapi still tak smooth sgt…
sok gi kedai, cari service kit…pagi tadi actually…

gi kedai…skali service kit takde …hekk eleee…adehhh…
takpe…rase mcm main piston tu ok jeee…sbb dah longgar n tak sangkut dah caliper tu kat disk…plus mlm semalam, duk tarik caliper tu…mula2 ketat…pastu longgar…sooo mintak main piston ok…aminnnnn…

cuma nak kena service kan balik shaft tu…soo terpaksa beli grease getah…RM17…nak pow dua2 kedai…dua2 plak takde…huuu…yea laaa jarang org service brake…diaorg kekadang pakai grease biasa jee…heeee…nk jimat…tp bahaya…lain grease lain fungsi…

kejap lagi nak buat…huuuu…

Haaa…buat ape tu…!

Minggu lepas pinjam drill Zul…
utk buat project “lampu VVT” …since cari drill kat Carrefour hari tu tak jumpa…semua tak leh control speed…just ade satu speed jeee…

So mlm tadi nak ler drill lubang…tekan2 power dia…tak leh tekan…hek eleee…ape nie tetiba punat dia jadi keras ? apekah !!!

soo bermula laaa “mengoperate” drill tu…

buka senang jeee…tp cuak takut wayar berserabut…
skali betul…masin tul mulut…

adjust2 tak leh gak…
arghhh…buhsan dah nie…telinga dah panas…
skali…baru perasan..lerrr…terbalik rupernyer kedudukan…

lain kali nak adjust…tutup ikut yg belah skru nyer side…haaaaa…kan senang…
tgk nie…

orait…alhamdulillah settle…ade laa dekat 15 minit mengadjust benda tu…hahaha…padahal nak waktu berbuka dah nie…
takpe sempat lg…adjust lubang tuk “Pua Kumbo” yg beli dari Miri aritu…

siap adjust gi berbuka…nasi kerabu n ayam rangka jeee…

lepas makan…before terawikh…adjust laaa pua kumbo tu…sambil adjust frame gambar yg kunon2 nyer…berconcept…eceh…
adjust itu…ukur sane, ukur sini…ketuk tempat gantung adjust lg…skali…nie laa hasil dia…hahahaha…lama tul tak buat kerja menghias bilik “bujang”…

nah nie hasil yg tak seberape…tp riuh sekampung… heeee…

Nie laa dia kunon2 nyer concept yg poyo tu…hahaha…

since kengkawan kat Bincang.net cakap nie hoax…soo aku saje laaa nk put to the test…gatal tangan nk DIY…
sooo pergi laaa beli…dan buat testing…

Radas dan Bahan :
1) Bawang (2 biji RM0.80)
2) Gatorade (2 tin RM3.60)
3) Multimeter
4) Tempat asah pisau (maleh nk bawak keluar screw driver)

Kaedah :

1) Kasi test dulu bawang power…hahaha…apsal aku tergelak aaa nk buat test nie…rase mcm org budus…

Voltage = 0.01 V

2) Pastu tebuk lubang kunun nak suruh bawang tu sedut air…aku duk pikir…bukan bawang tu sendiri dah lembap…mcm mane dia leh sedut air banyak tu…bengong…

Maleh nk tunggu 30 minit…aku tunggu 15 minit…takde pun air kena serap…BUSTED lagi…

3) Orait kita tgk…test cucuk dekat bawang…jagaajanggg…

Voltage = 0.02 V…hekk eleeee…naik skit jeee…kuman pun gelak bila kena voltage nie… heeee

Huuu giler…charghin betul ekkk…giler laa…

4) Pastu check dari bawang ke air… +ve kat air, -ve kat bawang…

voltage = 0.11 V …ok laaa naik skit…hanya mampu nak nyalakan LED (betul kan ?)

5) Terbalikkan polarity dia… +ve kar bawang, -ve kat air

voltage = -0.12 V …ok laaa

6) Last skali tgk air Gatorade tu…ade tak “power”…

voltage = 0.06 V … ade siot…hahaha…

Kesimpulan : Tak tau nak cakap ape…0.12 V…kaloo test dekat Air Fuel Ratio nye meter nie…mau menyala LED dia…tapi nk charging IPOD…perghhhh…giler bohong…maybe dlm video tu tunjuk…dia just mampu nk nyalakan lampu jeee…lagi pun bkn dia ade tunjuk pun power bar tu naik kee tak…

Wah…sungguh detail kerja dia…ini yang membuatkan aku tertarik nie…nak kena blaja macam mana nk buat benda nie…huuu…

 Dari stock model, dia modified sampai jadi cantik gilos…adjust skirting, TRD N2 Fender kit (pakai putty jee), bumper depan blkg mod, roll cage, buang standard fuel tank pastu modified kasi buat racing fuel tank, CAI pun ade…perghhh…geram-geram…

tengok laa detail tak detail kerja dia…

Yesterday, parked my car alongside a dusty road, due to a building construction…went to pick-up my car, then suddenly my driver side power window couldn’t wind down…bugger !!! Is’t because of the dusty thingging make it jem…

Then drove my car under the office basement parking…open up the power window control panel…wallaaa…a burn mark at the connector…clean it up, plug it back to the main connector…it didn’t work…**&%^&$%^$*%…is it my power window motor burned already…is it "terbakar" ? is it stuck ? is it …is it…

Please do becarefull when opening it…because got some small pin, mine one was missing…lucky it fell down on the floor…see one missing:

Call my fren ask for any spare parts…no spare parts, already sold…can it be repair, can…but better get a new motor…price RM80…huuu…

Have to wait looo…then bring up the panel to the office…did a little more clean it up…then hour later, my office college called…her car can’t start…at first by hearing the description given, i thought her starter broken or disconnected…so wnt to the rescue, only found out it was a broken Timing Belt…then have to wait again looo…

sooo while waiting for the tow truck to come…I continue back my power window control panel service…do a little bit clean up with carbon cleaner, put everything together gether …n then it works…ahhhhh…luckily manage to service it…no need to replace it…thank god…

How to fix a faulty remote alarm button.
This depends on the type of button that you had. Mine using the button type shown below

Once open, it would look something like this.

 As can be seen at Burron 1, open up the clip (picture C), remove (picture B) and then you will see the connector or what so ever they call it, (picture A), this is the one that need replacement.

Where to find replacement ? Try to find any faulty old car radio or cassette player…look  disamble it and try to find the button which look similar to it…

replace it…then walla…you remote alram will work like new again…!!!
